Terms of Service

These terms apply to cryptogaway.com (the faucet, PTC ads and raffles) and ads.cryptogaway.com (CGA Ads, for advertisers). By using CGA you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can use CGA

• You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to receive cryptocurrency where you live.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, bots, scripts, auto-clickers and VPN/proxy abuse are not allowed.
• You need your own FaucetPay account. All rewards and prizes are paid to it.

2. Faucet

You can claim a small amount of USDT at set times (currently every 60 minutes). The amount, the time between claims and the rules can change at any time. Claims are paid only while the faucet has enough balance, so payouts are not guaranteed.

3. PTC ads and Coins

• You earn Coins for visiting advertisers' websites for the required time and confirming with a captcha. Each ad can be watched once per 24 hours per person and network.
• Coins are a reward points balance, not money, until you withdraw them. They can be withdrawn as USDT to FaucetPay once you reach the minimum, at the rate shown on the site.
• We are not responsible for advertisers' websites, products or offers. Visit them at your own risk and never enter your passwords or seed phrase there. Please report bad ads with the ⚑ button.

4. Raffles

• Raffles are free to enter. No purchase or payment is needed.
• To enter, you must claim the faucet that day and finish every task on that raffle's checklist with a real screenshot. One entry per person and network per raffle.
• Daily raffles are drawn every day, weekly raffles on Monday and monthly raffles on the 1st, at about 00:05 UTC. Winners are picked at random by a computer.
• Before a prize is paid, we check the winner's screenshots and account. Fake or edited screenshots, unfollowing after the task, multiple accounts or other cheating mean the entry is disqualified and the prize is not paid.
• Prizes are paid in USDT to the winner's FaucetPay account, usually within a few days. Prize amounts are shown on the site and can change for future raffles.
• Some checklist tasks are sponsored by advertisers. You are free not to join a raffle if you do not want to do a task.

5. Your content

You are responsible for screenshots and reports you upload. They must be real and must not contain illegal or offensive content. You allow us to store and review them to run the raffles.

6. CGA Ads (advertisers)

• Your ad balance is topped up in USDT through FaucetPay. The balance can only be used for CGA Ads campaigns and is not refundable as cash, except where the law requires it.
• Every campaign is reviewed before it goes live. Not allowed: scams, phishing, malware, fake investment or “doubling” schemes, adult content, gambling where it is illegal, hate, and anything illegal or misleading. We may reject or stop such campaigns at any time.
• Rejected campaigns are refunded to your ad balance. If you stop a campaign, the part not yet delivered goes back to your ad balance.
• We deliver views and task completions from real users with anti-fraud checks. We do not guarantee sales, sign-ups or any other results, and a user may later undo a follow or like.
• You confirm you have the right to use the links, names and logos in your campaigns.

7. Stopping accounts

We may suspend or close accounts, cancel Coins and refuse payouts or prizes if these terms are broken, especially for fraud or multiple accounts. You can stop using CGA at any time and ask us to delete your account.

8. No warranty and liability

CGA is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Cryptocurrency values can change. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third parties (such as FaucetPay, advertisers or network problems). Our total liability to any user is limited to the amount of rewards or balance in that user's account. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under EU or Slovak law.

9. Changes

We can change these terms, the rewards, the prices and the features. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using CGA after a change, you accept the new terms.
